Outdoor Cedar Furniture

We handle all aspects of the business. From stump to picnic table, every step in the furniture making process takes place right at our site.

We take great pride in managing our woodlot in a sustainable and environmentally safe manner. We use Northern White Cedar from the Adirondack region in the rolling hills of northern Maine for our outdoor garden furniture, Adirondack picnic tables, Adirondack Chairs.  It is a naturally insect and rot-resistant wood, that needs no finish or chemical treatments (why this is important) to withstand the elements. We select the trees to be cut and bring them from the woods to our landing.  They are cut to specific lengths and sent to our mill where they are cut with a very thin saw blade that allows for very little waste. The wood is then dried and sent to our planer so only the top quality boards make it to our shop. The Northern White Cedar takes on a soft grey weathered look of years ago within a year in most climates. 

We carry a variety of Adirondack furniture to fit any budget. Our top of the line Adirondack furniture is made to a higher standard than most Adirondack furniture on the market today. The arms and legs are constructed fron 1-1/2 inch white cedar, twice as thick as other furniture on the market today. We also carry a folding chair for off season storage.You will find an Adirondack rocker that can be placed in front of the fireplace in the offseason.We also have Adirondack furniture for the kids.

We believe that a picnic table should be both functional and great looking.

Our tables are built in different lengths to fit the needs of different size families. They are also built with 1-1/2 thick White Cedar.

Our children's tables come in different sizes also. From toddler to teens - light weight and heavy duty. We also have a six sided table to encourge children's natural social nature.

Each table is carefully sanded to ensure smooth and splinter free edges, especially important for the safety of the children.

The tables and chairs are asembled in our shop for proper fit.  The pieces are then marked and particially dis-asembled for shipping. All hardware is included with easy to read instructions.
